Mr. Martin has extensive experience in both jury and non-jury trials, briefing, motion practice, and hearings.  He has won a number of hearings and submitted motions.  In his first trial he also took lead in the examination of the client’s primary witness resulting in an ultimate victory. At trial, the client prevailed on its breach of contract counterclaim to the plaintiff’s debt collection action resulting in a judgment against the plaintiff, no award of plaintiff’s attorney’s fees, and recovery of the client’s attorney’s fees. Since this trial he has handled other litigation with jury and non-jury trials from start to finish. Mr. Martin uses a thinking outside the box approach for creative solutions to the client's issues and circumvent potential issues down the road.
